RETURN & REFUND POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Svago Home Store has a 15 days refund policy for all orders placed through svagoshome.com. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply Contact Us for return instructions and a refund. Please note we can only accept returns that are unopened and unused.
Currently, we offer free local returns for the European Union countries, the United Kingdom and the United States customers.
Buyers from other countries are responsible for their return shipping fees.
